Unsung Hero
Simone Young is our ECCM JOMIS Configuration and Release Management Lead. Simone’s dedication to the JOMIS and SeKON mission is of no surprise to SeKON Leadership. However, it’s especially gratifying when our customer recognizes it. Her responsiveness to our customer’s needs and willingness to pick up any challenges that support the mission demonstrates a level of professional pride that is indicative of the SeKON brand!

“No amount of thanks from me will suffice in adequately expressing my appreciation for how you have personally managed almost all of our CM responsibilities (I say “almost” only because I need a reason for my own existence). The amount of churn and turnover in CM has been a major concern for me. Yet, you have somehow managed each of these exigencies with complete aplomb, barely missing a beat. As such, you not only managed your own primary tasks, but have also stepped right in and plugged the myriad holes in our routine CM activities during times of turnovers, not least of which have been the issues of hashing, software deliveries, enhancements, etc…. At the same time, you have been front and center in training not only our new CM staff, but all new JOMIS staff that have on-boarded, as well as taken personal initiative to improve every aspect of our CM processes. Your abilities in helping us analyze and think through the incorporation of new considerations into existing processes has been invaluable.”
