SeKON Knocks It Out of the Park on the COVID-19 Web Services Contract!

For the past year, Team SeKON has been working 24/7 to develop, manage content, and maintain the infrastructure of the CDC’s COVID-19 website. The team provides webpage development, UX/UI services & graphic design, quality assurance, website & social media reporting, and infrastructure support.

Since winning the contract in September2020, the CDC COVID web site has averaged123 million views each month as compared to the main CDC website which typically averages 100 million views each month. The team understands the importance of the dissemination of accurate, relevant, time-sensitive data in this rapidly evolving space, and they work tirelessly to provide support to the response.

“Team SeKON’s commitment to and willingness to serve on the COVID Response is a true source of pride,” says Karen Ramlall-Abbott, COVID WebServices Project Manager.“This team continues to amaze me! Their professionalism, tenacity and overall attitude makes this challenging assignment that much easier. I am proud of what we have been able to accomplish and look forward to continuing to support the CDC’s COVID Response.”
