The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is a HHS-wide, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This contract provides a streamlined order procedure with no administrative fees. SeKON holds a prime contract and is eligible for award for small business, women-owned small business, and full and open opportunities.
